Mental Health Clinic is operated by Westergaard Pty Ltd (ABN 22 663 084 900). By using this website or requesting an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Our service

Mental Health Clinic arranges telehealth consultations with AHPRA-registered Australian general practitioners, by video. Your GP exercises their own clinical judgement. A consultation doesn’t guarantee a prescription, a diagnosis or any particular treatment.

Not for emergencies

This service isn’t suitable for emergencies or crisis support. If you or someone else is in danger, call 000 or go to your nearest emergency department. For 24/7 crisis support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Eligibility

Our service is for adults aged 18 and over who are in Australia at the time of their appointment.

Fees

Bulk billed for eligible patients. If you’re not eligible, a consultation fee may apply, and we’ll confirm it with you before your consult. Your GP will always tell you about any cost before going ahead.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate and complete information, including about your identity, your health and any medicines you take.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.
